a. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48hours in advance. We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will work with you to find a new appointment time that works for you.

b. If you cancel your appointment there is no refund or fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a full servicing fee or refuse future services.

c. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please let us know immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a solution.

d. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided.

a. We accept returns or exchanges of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

b. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

c. We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.
